Jared Curtis Injury Update: Will He Play vs. Ole Miss?

Jared Curtis is day-to-day, but will he play against Ole Miss? And would a banged-up Curtis even be better than Blaze at 100%? ⚓ Corey Burton and Mike break down Vanderbilt's biggest questions before the Ole Miss game: 🏈 JARED CURTIS STATUS: Clark Lea gave more detail this week, and Curtis practiced. Corey thinks he goes. Mike isn't so sure that a less-than-90% Curtis helps. The red flag to watch for: a fluttering ball means he can't drive off his plant leg. 📉 IDENTITY CRISIS: Why Mike put Clark Lea on his list of coaches he's low on, why not starting Curtis against Austin Peay may have been the biggest mistake of the season, and how Vandy could copy the Atlanta Falcons' identity blueprint. The season range: a 6-6 ceiling and a 4-8 floor. 🎯 WHO IS WR2? Junior Sherrill has 28 catches, and no other receiver has double digits. Is it Ja'Kory Thomas, Tristan Brown, Owen Cabell or Kaden Smith? 🛡️ A SECONDARY IN TROUBLE: Ole Miss throws deep, and Vanderbilt struggles to defend deep. Four of Vandy's top six tacklers are defensive backs. Can they slow down Trinidad Chambliss? 🔥 AROUND THE COUNTRY: Dante Moore is returning for Oregon, Dylan Stewart is back for South Carolina, and George MacIntyre will start for Tennessee. 👀 TOMORROW: Corey crosses over with Steven Willis of Locked On Ole Miss.
