Dominant: Patriots Defense Squashes Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers

All eyes were on Drake Maye heading into the Patriots home opener and week two matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. But, by the end of the day, it was Zak Kuhr’s Defense that stole all the headlines with a dominant performance against Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers Offense. Led by two big plays from Christian Barmore, a scoop and score from Elijah Ponder and the usual excellence from Christian Gonzalez, the Steelers had no answers.Meanwhile, Drake Maye didn’t necessarily answer the questions the Pats hoped he would after the fourth quarter meltdown in Seattle. Maye made some plays, but also made multiple mistakes, leaving plenty of fans queasy.
