The San Diego Padres had the game right where they wanted it… and let it slip away.   After being no-hit into the 5th inning, the Padres fought back with home runs from Miguel Andújar and Nick Castellanos to tie it. But the Chicago Cubs answered with timely two-out hitting — including a massive 4-run inning that flipped the game.   Then came the moment.   Bases loaded. Nobody out. Bottom of the 8th.
