The Denver Broncos made an incredible run last season, but the Bo Nix injury ruined any real shot they had at a Super Bowl appearance. Now, Nix is recovering and the concern about future issues is high in Denver it seems, but Nix is set to return for training camp, giving the Broncos as good of a chance as ever. The Kansas City Chiefs needed to re-tool the roster in a real way while they hoped Patrick Mahomes recovered quickly. Mahomes is on the mend nicely, but the Chiefs still haven't done enough to be a title favorite again. You wonder if this version of Kansas City will ever get back or if they are a sleeping giant this season. The Los Angeles Chargers felt like a team close to being special the last few years, but this year's offseason has hurt some of that buzz. The Chargers look like a competitive team, but they don't seem to have taken that step forward everyone was waiting on with their acquisitions. The Las Vegas Raiders took Fernando Mendoza like we all expected, but Kirk Cousins is in line to be the starter.
