POSTCAST: Familiar Pitching Woes DOOM Mets As Reds CRUSH In The Opener

The woes continued for the New York Mets in the starting pitching department, as they were blown out in the opener of this series with the Cincinnati Reds, 12-0. It's pretty simple at this point. The Mets don't have a big league rotation. They don't have five starters they can trust and now, injuries are also starting to pile up. Tobias Myers got the chance to start tonight and he gave up 7 earned runs in just 1.1 innings pitched.  Things weren't much better for Jonathan Pintaro or David Peterson, who combined to give up five more runs.  The bats, somehow, had their chances.
