POSTCAST: Defense And The Long Ball SINK Mets | Drop Second Straight

The New York Mets played a mistake fueled game and served up some home runs in an 8-3 to the Seattle Mariners.  Homers were the name of the game tonight, with the Mets giving up three of them to account for 6 of the Mariners 8 runs. For the Mets, their entire offense was homers. Carson Benge had the first multi home-run game of his career and was responsible for all three of the Mets runs.  It was also a rough night defensively for the Mets, as a pair of errors led to a run in the 3rd.  Jonah Tong got the bulk off the work tonight for New York but was only able to get through 3.1 innings, never really able to settle into his outing.  It's back to back losses for the Mets, who send Freddy Peralta to the mound tomorrow afternoon to try and avoid the sweep.  POSTCAST host Chris Schubert breaks down all the action.
