Carter Hart's Contract Year

Carter Hart has a lot to prove in the final year of his two-year contract.  He started all 22 games in the playoffs last season and enters the season as VGK's top goalie.  Hart has earned more than $16m in his career and is banking on a solid season before free agency.  His checkered past with Team Canada could hold him back from making a lot of money as a free agent next summer.
