We were joined for our 50th episode by Emeritus Professor Anthony Beech.Retired from his role as Head of the Centre for Applied Psychology at the University of Birmingham, UK, Tony's research interests include risk assessment, the neurobiological bases of offending, reducing online exploitation of children, and increasing psychotherapeutic effectiveness of treatment given to offenders.We must also thank him for his significant contributions to Forensic Psychology, amongst which is the setting up of the HCPC and BPS accredited Forensic-Clinical Doctorate at the University of Birmingham.
