Jon and Blaine are back, but what about Sheridan and Garibaldi?
Layne and Jon are HIGHLY BOTHERED by Splinter’s shenanigans as the Turtles are Chasing Phantoms in IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 62 from 2016!
Jon reads Superman’s Pal, Jimmy Olsen 46 (1960) and talks about it!
Van Allen Plexico joins us once again to wrap up the third season! Unfortunately, we were still using Skype for conversations with 3 or more people, so the audio quality is not where we usually hope it will be. Thankfully, this should be the last episode ever in which we have such issues.
Clinton, Layne, and Jon wrap up their look at “United We Stand, Divided We Fall”, the Mutanimals crossover with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures in issue 39 from Archie Comics! Also it’s our final episode to devote a segment to the Turtles short stories published by Mirage as they move away from that publication method. This time out, we look at the three Mirage Mini Comics that pertain to the Turtles: “Casey Jones, Private Eye”, “A Forgotten TMNT Adventure”, and “Dinner with Don”. Then we talk about an untitled Nobody story, and Raphael’s “Christmas Carol”!
Layne and Jon are eager to dive into Phase Two, but first, it’s time to revisit the Hearts of Steel continuity for the IDW crossover event Infestation 2 with Infestation 2: Transformers issues 1 and 2 from 2012!
Jon reads Action Comics 265 (1960) and talks about it!
In this special bonus episode, the most prolific Star Trek novelist alive today, David Mack, joins Jon and Blaine to discuss his latest release, Echoes in Eternity.
