sorry if I wasn't much fun today. Guys. Hot weather does that. you know what else wasn't. Much fun, watching somebody have a really bad time out of a daily double. This game, as a whole though, was pretty darn awesome. at Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
this episode of the Jeopardy Chronicles is sponsored in part by what happens when you are an idiot and do not get enough sleep. Yes guys, that is why your host sounds so uninterested tonight. It is a case of being extremely sleepy. The game was great though. We had a little bit of a ping pong thing going for a while. Also I sort of made a Hamilton reference and got off on one of those tangents. I said I wasn't touching tonight. Leave it to mepy Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
this is part 2 of tonight's Jeopardy reaction. Why do we need a part two? Because my phone was being a dimwit and cut me off, and there was absolutely no way I was recording everything I had already just said just. It would have been much less amusing on re-record anyway because making a joke deliberately, especially a joke that spontaneously popped into your head while recording, makes it less funny. If you're telling a joke, that's one thing. If you try to reenact something dumb you've just done, it's going to fall flat. This part contains the outcome of the game plus my post highlight remarksid Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
first of all, this episode is going to be in two parts due to a technical issue, I.e my stupid recording program decided to stop my recording because my phone battery was low. This first part contains most of the game highlights. Highlights. It only cuts us off when we get to final. And the second part, which will be uploaded immediately. Following this one, you will see the outcome of the game plus my post highlight remarks. I do apologize for the level of weirdness, but I was not going to re-record everything I had already said just to continue everything in one file. Not only that, but it probably wouldn't have been as interesting for you guys to listen to on re-record. This is why I go unscripted.al Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
sorry this episode was so short, but phones will be phones. Also, there wasn't really a huge amount to talk about today. Pretty standard fare for the past couple of games. Honestly. A bit of an unwise wager at the end though, that's for sure.y. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
pretty standard fare for recent games. I would say. We did have an excellent set of contestants today, that's for sure. Also, yes, I did go off on a tangent, but it was a relevant tangent. When the subject of the tournament of champions came up, I decided that there should be a giant killer tournament for anyone who has kicked a super champion's ass at any time ever, and even gave a giant list of some potential contestants. Hey Jeopardy people, if you're listening, hint hintre Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
a new week begins with me going off on a lot of tangents. Got all excited about the new dungeon crawler Carl book coming out tomorrow, which is slightly relevant because dungeon crawler Carl was mentioned in a Jeopardy clue several weeks ago, and after we had covered the gameplay, it led to probably at least 5 minutes of me rambling on about dungeon crawler. Carl. Hey, maybe you'll have an incentive to read it now. When you do, write in and tell me how fast you get hooked. LOL. Mostly kidding, but they are very addictive. Game was an illustration and why you do not make dangerous daily double wagers. It was also an illustration in how much of a smart-ass Ken Jennings can be. I loved that one particular moment. Wow Ken, just wow.rl Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
this game was awesome. Three contestants playing well and still ending up with a theoretical lock? You don't see that everyday. When you do see it, it tends to be just as epic as this one was. Also, you were forewarned about the tangent, but even I didn't know what she was going to do. That Camelot question brought a whole lot of stuff to the forefront, and Morgan said she just had to speak about it. I'm proud of her for wanting to be a part of this show. I honestly didn't think she would because of how many people are afraid of her. However, she likes Jeopardy. She likes Jeopardy, so therefore she gets involved, and you guys have been amazing about it. Thank you.ay Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
