The brother of Princess Dianna, Charles Spencer, has authored a new book leading up to the 30th anniversary of her death. In the book, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister” Spencer writes about a phone call he had with then Prince Charles after the death of Diana, where he claims Charles said “Rest assured.
