Diversity of thought is fundamental to building powerful AI-driven solutions. Data professionals, data scientists and data analysts all work in technology and STEM jobs that are necessary to influence decision making across every industry. The importance of inclusion and diversity in these fields is critical to improve accuracy and reduce bias but there continues to be misaligned representation in filling these roles.
