No One Like Him

What kind of view of God can carry you through uncertainty, suffering, blessing, disappointment, and whatever tomorrow may bring? Psalm 89 reminds us that God is beyond compare, sovereign over all things, perfect in character, and the greatest blessing His people can know. The psalmist’s questions were real, but his view of God was so big that they could not crush his faith.

The Prayer of Restoration

What do you pray when what God planted feels ruined? Psalm 80 teaches us to bring our grief, disappointment, and unanswered questions to God. Together we'll discover how the cry, "Restore us," becomes a prayer of hope, trusting that God can restore what only He can save.

What Truly Satisfies

Psalm 84 asks a question all of us need to consider: will what we are pursuing in life truly satisfy us? In this message, we see that good gifts were never meant to become our greatest desire. The psalm invites us to delight in God’s presence, depend on His strength, and become convinced that nothing is better than Him.

Remember What God Has Done

Psalm 77 is for anyone who has felt anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, depleted, or desperate for hope. In this message, we see Asaph cry out to God, wrestle honestly with his distress, and learn to reframe his prayer by remembering the deeds, miracles, and works of the Lord. When anxiety makes the future feel uncertain, remembering what God has done gives us confidence to trust Him again.

When Life Feels Out of Control

Psalm 75 speaks into the moments when life feels unstable, anxious, and out of control. In this message, we see that God answers our anxiety by reminding us of His authority: He determines the appointed time, He holds everything together, and He invites us to live like He is in control. Because God is sovereign, we can trust His timing, surrender our need to control outcomes, release payback, and keep praising even when life is shaking.

Psalm 73 shows how comparison can cloud our faith and distort the way we see God, ourselves, and others. Asaph wrestles with envy, confusion, and the feeling that life is unfair, but everything begins to change when he enters the presence of God. This message reminds us that looking to God restores our perspective and helps us see what matters most.

God's Promises Through Crisis and Collapse

Psalms Book Three gives language for seasons when life feels like crisis and collapse, and when the promises of God seem far away. In this overview message, we look at how Israel wrestled with exile, loss, disappointment, and the question of whether God was still faithful. Book Three teaches us that God does not silence honest questions, He welcomes honest faith and Jesus is the fulfillment of every promise God has made.
