In these chapters of Judges, we watch Israel fall into the same covenant pattern again and again—forgetting the Lord, turning to the world, and then crying out when the weight of their choices becomes unbearable. And each time, God raises a deliverer they did not expect: Deborah, a prophetess; Gideon, the least in his father’s house; Samson, consecrated from birth yet wrestling with his own weakness. These stories reveal the living pattern of how God works with His people in every generation. He remembers His covenants even when His people forget theirs. He raises deliverers long before the crisis appears. And He calls individuals who feel inadequate, overlooked, or unprepared—because His strength is made perfect in weakness.I testify that the God who delivered Israel in the days of Deborah, Gideon, and Samson is the same living God who delivers His people today. I know by direct experience that He still calls, He still speaks, and He still raises servants to declare His word and prepare His people for what lies ahead.I pray that the Holy Spirit will open your understanding as you study these chapters. There is a pattern here for our time, and a message the Lord is still speaking to all who have ears to hear.I testify that Jesus Christ is our Lord, Savior, and King. He is Alive Today! In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.D. Todd HarrisonApostle of Jesus ChristCalled directly by Him
