Spott is heading into his second season as an Assistant Coach with the Boston Bruins. He has spent the previous 12 seasons in the NHL as an Assistant Coach with the Dallas Stars, Vegas Golden Knights, San Jose Sharks, and Toronto Maple Leafs. Prior to his NHL career, Spott spent 16 seasons coaching in the OHL. He has also served as an Assistant Coach for Team Canada at the World Junior Championships, winning the 2003 and 2008 OHL Championships and the 2003 Memorial Cup Championship with the Kitchener Rangers.
