Shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Open shaker and add ice and shake again until chilled. Double strain into a highball with no ice. Carefully pour ginger beer in to the glass until head reaches just beyond the top of the glass.Peach Gin Spritz1 1/2 oz Gin1 oz Peach Syrup1/2 oz Lemon Juice1-2 Dashes Peach Bitters4 oz Sparkling WineFill a Collins glass or large wine glass with ice.
