Recipes below.Gin Gin Fizz2 oz London Dry Gin1/2 oz Simple Syrup3/4 oz Lemon Juice1 egg white4 oz Ginger BeerCombine gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker with no ice. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Open shaker and add ice and shake again until chilled. Double strain into a highball with no ice. Carefully pour ginger beer in to the glass until head reaches just beyond the top of the glass.Peach Gin Spritz1 1/2 oz Gin1 oz Peach Syrup1/2 oz Lemon Juice1-2 Dashes Peach Bitters4 oz Sparkling WineFill a Collins glass or large wine glass with ice. In a shaker, add all ingredients except the sparkling wine with ice. Shake briefly to chill. Strain into prepared Collins or Wine glass.#doitforwilson
