The Thing (1982)

This week we look back at John Carpenter's horror classic The Thing. This movie had the unfortunate timing of releasing two weeks after E.T. in June of 1982. Considered frightening, horrifying, and repellent at the time, it would go on to become a cult hit on home video and is now regarded as one of the greatest horror films of all time.
