We are driven by a mission to champion bold, intersectional storytelling and build genuinely inclusive spaces for artists, especially women, LGBTQIA+ creators, and artists with disabilities.Rooted in accessibility and equity, our practice prioritises open casting and participation, deliberately engaging underrepresented voices and challenging traditional power dynamics in theatre-making.Amelia Rooney is an autistic composer and writer based in Adelaide, South Australia with a deep passion for music, film, theatre, and accessible arts. Her debut play, BIMBO (2021-2023), received the Holden Street Theatres Fringe Award following its sold-out season in 2023. Amelia’s theatre music credits include WHORE Dir. Hannah Smith (2024), Dance Nation Dir. Hannah Smith (2024), and SHOCK OF THE NEW IN ADELAIDE Dir. Chris Drummond (2025), as well as film scoring credits CRUSH Dir. Hannah Smith (2023), and Nightfall Dir. Myles McEwen and Ripley Stevens, winning Best Feature Film at Bloody Mirror Horror Film Festival (2024-2025). Their professional debut, THE TREES ARE TURNING OFF!, was commissioned by Chamber Music Adelaide in collaboration with UniSA’s MOD. in response to their Installation Forever (2025). Through the Next Level Creative Mentorship Program with Access2Arts, Amelia underwent working on devising a new, breakthrough play with mentorship from State Theatre Company South Australia’s Petra Kalive and Shannon Rush (2025). Amelia is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Writing) and a Bachelor of Music (Sonic Arts) at the Elder Conservatorium University of Adelaide.Hannah Smith is an emerging director and producer based in Adelaide. Growing up in Murray Bridge, she was driven to create opportunities within the local theatre community, founding her own production company at fourteen and producing multiple independent productions.Her passion for theatre led her to pursue further studies in Technical Production at the Adelaide College of the Arts, and a Bachelor of Performance (Honours) at Flinders University in Directing. Alongside her studies, Hannah teaches Performance Academy at Adelaide Theatre Academy and is the Youth Theatre Coordinator at Murray Bridge Players and Singers Inc.Hannah has contributed to major arts festivals, including the Adelaide Fringe and the Festival of Ideas. Her directing credits include Bumming with Jane (2020/2021), The Book of Everything (2023), Jumpers for Goalposts (2023), WHORE (2024), Dance Nation (2024/2025), First Love Is the Revolution (2025), Unmothered (2025), and Medea in Exile (2025) .
