In today's episode, we speak with young guide Sydney Luiz. She is a young woman who guides with Unicoi Outfitters in the North Georgia Mountains. I found this area on a trip last fall, and stood amazed at the river that bordered our Bavarian Oktoberfest in Helen, Georgia. I had to find out how the fishing was, and so I found Sydney Luiz via Instagram.
