85: CARRIE (Part 1)

This week on the show, we begin our series covering Mike Flanagan's Carrie by first taking a look at Stephen King's original novel. We've divided the novel into roughly 3 equal parts, and today we're covering the first third. Carrie doesn't have chapters, so we'll be reading through the following paragraph:"She closed her eyes, slept, and dreamed of huge, living stones crashing through the night, seeking out Momma, seeking out Them. They were trying to run, trying to hide.
