Game of Homes

In rural Michigan, a happy family and the independent grandmother next door have lived in harmony for years. But when a new couple moves into a nearby house, the peaceful neighborhood begins to unravel. Initially welcomed with open arms, the newcomers soon claim ownership of much of the surrounding land, including a disputed section the grandmother insists belongs to her. Tensions escalate when her longtime neighbors side with the new arrivals. As fences go up, hostility consumes the once-close community. With police unable to restore order, the bitter feud spirals out of control until a devastating winter storm brings the conflict to a bloody and tragic end. Hosted on Acast.
