Eventually, Thomas did what any reasonable person would do—he replaced it.And then, inexplicably, the original attachment reappeared.After a multi-day search, the missing object was suddenly back.If you've been listening to Fascinating Fae for any length of time, you may recognize the pattern.As we've learned on this show, fairies apparently like cookies.We've also learned that fairies seem to have a particular fascination with things in the kitchen.And perhaps most importantly, we've learned that when something mysteriously disappears, finding it again doesn't necessarily mean the mystery is over.Sometimes the return is the strangest part of the story.What makes Thomas particularly fascinating is that he wasn't someone who had already been thinking about fairies.
