Then we have one of the most unhinged customer service interactions we've ever covered between a Depop seller and a woman who purchased one of her sweaters. When she received it, the buyer realized it was a size small despite ordering a size large. Understandably, she reached out to the seller to request a refund since it was not the product that was advertised and she had no use for it.
