For more than four years, she has led product strategy for Notability's Core note-taking features, its Education vertical, and its AI-powered Learning features — helping students turn handwritten notes, audio, and imported files into tools they can actually study from and teachers get more out of digital learning. She's driven by Notability's broader mission of building a tool people reach for well beyond a single semester: something closer to an indispensable thinking and organizing partner than just another note-taking app. Before Notability, Kelsey spent several years at Tinybeans, the digital parenting platform, helping parents stay connected to their families and find community through their children’s early development. Earlier in her career, she worked in support and growth at Zearn Math, an EdTech nonprofit — an early foothold in education product work she's carried through to Notability. Kelsey studied Theater Arts at New York University, and she credits her stage background with much of how she approaches product work today — a storyteller's instinct for framing a problem, and a performer's comfort with public speaking and rallying a room around a shared vision.
