Your audience doesn’t have a short attention span. They have a short tolerance for boring sh*t. While the entire content industry is trying to make everything shorter, faster and louder to win the first two seconds, people are still binge-watching eight episodes of a Netflix show in one weekend. So maybe attention isn’t disappearing. Maybe people are simply becoming much more selective about what deserves it.
