We have the latest on the non-fatal shooting of a woman outside the ICE facility in Aurora last week; a man who works at the detention center was arrested shortly after the incident. Then, with federal support for domestic violence services drying up, the state thought it had found a way to step in. But the solution has so far fallen short, leaving centers struggling to stay open.
