7/19/26, I Will Remember (Part 2)

Psalm 78 recounts Israel's repeated rebellion and God's steadfast mercy. The psalmist's purpose is to teach future generations not to repeat the failures of those who came before them, but instead to "set their hope in God." As God's people remember His mighty works and faithfully pass His truth on to the next generation, they are called to trust Him, obey His Word, and walk in His ways.
