Welcome to Christ Community's Online Service! What happens when fear and insecurity begin to shape the way we see ourselves? In 1 Samuel 10, Saul has been chosen, anointed, and empowered by God to become Israel’s first king—yet when the moment comes to step into his calling, he’s hiding. His story reveals how fear, self-doubt, and insecurity can keep us from embracing who God has called us to be. But God doesn’t leave us in hiding. Through the Holy Spirit, we are reminded of a deeper truth: we are God’s beloved children. We don’t have to be defined by fear, failure, or the opinions of others.
