Erika Kirk has sent Utah Valley University a notice of claim — which is a legal term that means she could be planning to sue after her husband Charlie Kirk was murdered on the campus. The notice of claim alleges UVU did not properly secure the Charlie Kirk event — and that the police chief was warned with a message that the roof needed to be secured.
