On January 8, 1994, a person walking a wooded area off of State Highway 225 in Baldwin County, Alabama, spotted skeletal remains with items scattered about the scene:  A trucker hat that said America By Birth, Texan by Grace Of God,  a western shirt, an inhaler, a digital watch, dark pair of prescription,  bifocal glasses, a mechanical pen and pencil set, as well as a torch tip. Investigation revealed the person was a victim of a homicide and detectives believe the murder happened in 1988 or 1989, but detectives were unable to identify the victim.  The investigation stalled and the case went cold.
