Rocky Ali Beamon—better known as the “Vigalante Killer.” Already serving a life sentence for the 2005 kidnapping, robbery, and brutal drowning murder of Deborah Lacey (carried out with his girlfriend Karen Wilkins to fuel a crack cocaine binge), Beamon wasn’t done killing.Behind the walls of Florida state prisons, he became a self-appointed vigilante, hunting down convicted sex offenders with cold, calculated precision.
