This week I’m excited to introduce you all to Richard Webb-Stevens or RWS as he’s known in the ambulance service. RWS is a deaf paramedic who has worked on both motorbikes and helicopters. He is a man of many talents – he cooks up delicious looking RWS-ipies, photographs the city from the skies as a HEMS paramedic and plays a mean bit of blues on the bass.
