The Seattle shooting suspect ultimately received a 48-month sentence after King County prosecutors reduced the original first-degree murder case to second-degree manslaughter, third-degree assault, and unlawful firearm possession.On January 22, 2020, at least 24 rounds were fired in approximately six seconds during evening rush hour in downtown Seattle. Tanya Jackson, 50, was killed, and seven bystanders were wounded.William Tolliver and Marquise Tolbert fled Washington and were later captured by U.S. Marshals in Las Vegas.
