Episode Description from the Publisher

Project Review with Q n A Creators, Positive Timelines, and Healing Energy with and Sheila Aero welcomes Shane and production manager Sheila to the safe table for a conversation about creation, present-moment awareness, and stories of connection and healing across distance. The guests describe these experiences as personal practice, and listeners are invited to take what resonates. Opening the Safe Table Aero opens the program with greetings and a reminder that this Project Review with Q and Aero is a safe table for conversation. She thanks her production manager, Sheila, whom she calls the glue that holds the show together, and thanks Dawn and Doug at BBS Radio for technical support. Aero also thanks listeners, subscribers and donors, describing listening as a partnership between giver and receiver. She shares the call-in numbers for callers in the United States and abroad. Then she introduces Shane, whom she met last winter through a BBS Radio program, and calls him a friend and a brother. Shane thanks BBS Radio, Aero and Sheila for having him. He says Sheila keeps everyone balanced and present in the moment, and he suggests that only this moment truly exists. Shane describes himself as an oil field that others drill into, hoping that his answers will help people remember who they are as creators. Creating in the Moment Shane explains that he has come to see time and space as beliefs that can be set aside. In his view, nothing exists outside the present moment, and people create experiences in the moment as things show up. He describes his own path as one of patience, saying that he once wanted answers immediately but came to understand that experience helps people remember rather than learn. When asked how he does what he does, Shane declines to give a method. He argues that a recipe would become a limitation, because each person connects with Source in an individual way, whether through a pinky twinge or a tingling body. He suggests that asking how to do something can itself create a blockage. Sheila adds that Shane helped her see the things she had taken for granted as her own creations. She describes how she learned to speak her wishes aloud, calling on God, Source or any name that feels right, and then to watch what unfolds. Shane agrees that witnessing a shift makes it believable. A Weekend Pool and a Text Message Aero recalls a weekend when Shane and Sheila were at a conference while she was visiting her friend Birdie about 900 to 1,000 miles away. At Birdie's pool, a text from Shane arrives teasing that he and Sheila have no pool to swim in. Aero describes an inside joke among the friends about picturing an audience in a nervous moment, and she teases Shane for showing off. The next morning she sends three short texts from her flip phone. Before she finishes the third, which begins with the word 'hugging,' Shane calls her back to say that Sheila is right beside him and that they are hugging. Aero says she understands he is showing her he can be present in person and still with her across the miles. A friend who heard the story asks whether Shane is bilocating or remote viewing, and Aero asks him what he actually sees. Shane answers that the answer lies in what everyone is connected to, a divine Source consciousness. Frequency, Connection, and Positive Timelines Aero asks how friends can sense one another across distance, and whether she can feel someone she loves without a clear signature. Shane explains that people connect through a frequency match, and that a connection can rise and fall as a person's emotional state shifts. He describes a car cutting him off while he is on the phone, a car his best friend may drive, which leads him to call that friend. He says his best friend has been a mirror who helps him keep a peaceful mindset while he removes emotional attachments. Shane says he will not purposely create negative timelines for people, and Aero asks him to repeat the point for listeners. He explains that every encounter creates a timeline, and that the choice is whether it is positive or negative. Shane adds that positivity can provoke reactions in others, and that this is acceptable because one's own intentions keep one's frequency high. Shane also rejects counting dimensions, saying that he simply stays with Source. A Shirt, a Lunch, and a Loud Restaurant Shane describes a day when he places a blue and white shirt on his sofa and stares at it, feeling its energetic signature before heading out to meet members of a group called Collective Consciousness, which he says Simon Parks organizes in Alabama. He explains that the experience taught him how to place someone's energy with intent. When he arrives at a Cracker Barrel restaurant for lunch, he finds that two group members have arrived wearing the same blue and white shirt. Shane says the matching outfits were not a coincidence, but a moment in which Source played through him. Shortly after the group sits down, the restaurant fills
