Dr. Fauci Takes The Fifth, But Calls Out Sen. Paul’s “Unhinged Obsession” With Him

It’s been a shocking and disturbing Senate committee hearing on Capitol Hill today with Senator and fellow Doctor Rand Paul leading the charge against Dr. Anthony Fauci.  Before testifying, Fauci acknowledged what he called Paul’s “unhinged obsession“ with him and said because of Paul’s repeated public pledges to put Fauci behind bars, he had to invoke the Fifth Amendment.  As Senators hurled insults and accusations at Fauci, at one point, Paul threw Fauci’s attorney out of the hearing, repeatedly telling him to stop talking.
