Reviewing the 2026 AMSSM CRN Research Summit with Dr. Kim Harmon and Dr. Ken Mautner

On this episode of the AMSSM Sports Medcast, Dr. Jeremy Schroder hosts Dr. Kim Harmon and Dr. Ken Mautner to discuss the 2026 AMSSM Collaborative Research Network (CRN) Summit. The summit focused on “Orthobiologics for Sports Medicine Physicians: Bridging the Gaps”, and explored the current evidence and gaps in knowledge in orthobiologics and identified research priorities for future orthobiologics research in sports and exercise medicine (SEM). Dr. Harmon and Dr. Mautner, the Co-Chairs of the conference, share some of the focus areas of the summit, talk about the current research gaps for orthobiologics and suggest ways to get involved in this field of research.
