AtSaB is coming back! It's been a long time. A very long time, but we're proud to announce that Among the Stars and Bones will return to complete Season 2 after a very extended hiatus. New episodes will begin October 7. ANNOUNCEMENT TRANSCRIPT [First strains of the Season 2 Theme Music begin playing] Hello there listeners. It’s been a while. I’m sure many of you thought there’d be nothing new released on the Among the Stars and Bones feed ever again. And fair enough. After I had to take a break in the middle of Season 2 a couple of years ago things got bad. And then they stayed that way for quite some time. But not once did I ever abandon this story which has always been near and dear to my heart. It’s been a slow and often interrupted journey back to the light. But now we’re here. Starting in two weeks, on Wednesday October 7, the second half of Season 2 begins, releasing fortnightly until its conclusion. That’s five more episodes and a half hour epilogue coming your way over the next few months so you can finally learn the fate of Adrienne, Ben, Kathy, Celia and the rest of their team and whether or not they’re able to save the Nabonidus group they came to rescue. I hope you’re as excited to hear the rest of this chapter of the story as I am, because honestly the rest of the season only gets bigger and more ambitious from here. I hope a couple of weeks notice gives you a chance to listen back to some previous episodes to get you ready for what’s to come. I’d recommend going back at least three episodes, but you know, you do you. Of course if you’re sitting there listening to me and thinking life’s too short and my podcast queue too long, Next week I’m going to release a bit of a rundown of some of the main events from the season so far that should help. Til then, dear listeners I hope to see you out there Among the Stars and Bones. [Season 2 Theme Music kicks into high gear and plays until fade.]
Episode Notes Announcement transcript: "Hello listeners, Chris Magilton, creator and producer of Among the Stars and Bones here. This is a quick announcement to let you know that, due to things not quite going to plan, our mid-season break is going to be a little longer than anticipated. Today was intended to be our return, and post-production is just not where it needs to be for that to happen. I could blame the post-production team, but...I'm it really. "I'm sure you're wondering how long of an extension we're talking about here. My best guess is about another month, give or take. My apologies for the delay, but I promise you that I'm going to be working as hard as I can to get the second half of the season to you as quick as I can. Season 2 was a lot of fun to write and direct and perform in, and I can't wait for you to hear the rest. "In the meantime, until I can get it to you, please take care of yourselves and each other."
