Facing an imminent meeting with someone to whom I had a grudge, I decided I was no longer willing to carry the weight and negativity of old grudges — the one against this person or any of my more than several grudgees. By looking at how a grudge is fixed in our hearts and minds, we’re able to find an antidote! On the way, we can discover what in Buddhism is called “suchness” and re-focus negative energy for the good of others with our altruistic actions. #buddhism, #happiness, #lifecoach, #lifecoaching, #joy, #buddhanature, #authenticself, #prosperity, #satisfaction, #grief, #loss, #impermanence, #harmony, #anger, #meditation, #buddhistpractice, #stress, #stressmanagement,#activelistening, #compassion, #listening, #adhd, #focus, #stillness, #spaciousness, #kindness, #peace, #grudges
