Episode 15 - Regret

In this episode I discuss the meaning of regret and the effects it has on our lives. I talk about the difference between simple wondering and reflection and regret and tell a few stories from different sources. This episode took a few tries to get through it, it was a heavy topic and it took a lot to reign in my emotions well enough to get through it.
