Molly Field joins Jessica Harding to share her journey from the University of Kent to a successful career in radio. While studying at university, Molly directed the mockumentary 'Alien Society: The First Communication' as part of a first-year group project. She later submitted it to BBC Upload, where it was broadcast as a radio play, leading to an interview with the BBC. That opportunity opened the door to work experience at the BBC and, as Molly puts it, she has "never left"!Listen to the podcast to hear how Molly has advocated for herself throughout her career, the incredible opportunities she's embraced, and how she's helped build community through the power of local radio.
